- 120 g 100% liquid egg whites
- 2 tbsps ground flax seed
- 1 scoop isolate whey protein
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
- 1 tsp psyllium fiber powder unsweetened unflavored
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add egg whites and 1/4 cup warm water. Mix everything until smooth.
- Put a lightly greased pan over low heat and pour the mixture into circles. Cover and cook until firm.
- Serve on a plate with desired fruit topping.
