  • 120 g 100% liquid egg whites
  • 2 tbsps ground flax seed
  • 1 scoop isolate whey protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
  • 1 tsp psyllium fiber powder unsweetened unflavored

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Add egg whites and 1/4 cup warm water. Mix everything until smooth.
  • Put a lightly greased pan over low heat and pour the mixture into circles. Cover and cook until firm.
  • Serve on a plate with desired fruit topping.
