  • 1 cup half and half
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsps pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 tsps cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract
  • 10 oz bread cubes (1/2" cubes)
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 3/4 cups canned pumpkin

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • Whisk half and half, pumpkin, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla and eggs in large bowl to blend.
  • Fold in bread cubes.
  • Stir in golden raisins.
  • Transfer mixture to 11x7 " glass baking dish.
  • Let stand 15 minutes.
  • Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 40 minutes.
