  • 3 packages, small cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 crusts, single 9" pie crust

Directions

  • Combine sugar, cream cheese and vanilla.
  • Mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Add pumpkin, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice and mix until smooth.
  • Pour into pie crusts.
  • Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 40 minutes.
