- 3 packages, small cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 3 large eggs
- 2 crusts, single 9" pie crust
Directions
- Combine sugar, cream cheese and vanilla.
- Mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add pumpkin, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice and mix until smooth.
- Pour into pie crusts.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 40 minutes.
