  • 2/3 cup fat free evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 package vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 1 1/2 cups low fat frozen whipped topping

Directions

  • Combine pudding mix, evaporated milk, pumpkin and cinnamon in a bowl until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  • Each serving is approximately 1/2 cup.
