- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 12 oz pumpkin
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsps lemon peel
- 10 tbsps organic extra virgin coconut oil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
