- 1 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 large apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 package yellow cake mix
Directions
- Mix cake mix and pumpkin together.
- Add cinnamon, oatmeal, chopped apple and cranberries.
- Place batter into 24 muffin tins and bake according to cake mix directions.
