  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 tsps baking powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Drop onto preheated skillet by 1/4 cup.
  • Cook at medium heat for about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes per side.
