  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsps ground cinnamon
  • 1 3/4 cups canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup fat free evaporated milk

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
  • Mix sugar, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl.
  • Beat eggs in large bowl.
  • Combine eggs, pumpkin and spice mixture in large bowl.
  • Slowly mix in milk.
  • Pour mixture into pie crust.
  • Bake at 425 °F (220 °C) for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 350 °F (175 °C) and bake for a further 50 minutes.
