- 2 cups mashed cooked pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar blend
- 15 tbsps liquid egg whites
Directions
- Blend all ingredients well.
- Bake at 400 °F (205 °C) for 15 minutes.
- Continue baking at 325 °F (160 °C) for an additional 45 minutes.
