- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup pumpkin
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 packet sweetener
Directions
- In a microwave safe bowl, microwave cream cheese and butter for about 30 seconds or until soft.
- Mix in pumpkin, then add Splenda and pumpkin pie spice to taste.
- Eat warm or cold or however you please!
- Note: if using canned pumpkin, make sure to get pure pumpkin rather than pumpkin pie filling. The only ingredient listed on the can should be "pumpkin".
