  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1 packet sweetener

Directions

  • In a microwave safe bowl, microwave cream cheese and butter for about 30 seconds or until soft.
  • Mix in pumpkin, then add Splenda and pumpkin pie spice to taste.
  • Eat warm or cold or however you please!
  • Note: if using canned pumpkin, make sure to get pure pumpkin rather than pumpkin pie filling. The only ingredient listed on the can should be "pumpkin".
