- 1 medium leaf lettuce
- 1 oz salsa
- 1 slice, medium tomato
- 1/3 cup reduced fat Mexican style shredded cheese
- 1 flour tortilla
- 4 oz seasoned turkey burgers
Directions
- Cook burger to well done.
- Soften tortilla in microwave, place burger in middle of tortilla with rest of ingredients.
- Fold over until it resembles a disc and put on grill, panini maker, or George Foreman grill until warm.
