  • 1 medium leaf lettuce
  • 1 oz salsa
  • 1 slice, medium tomato
  • 1/3 cup reduced fat Mexican style shredded cheese
  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 4 oz seasoned turkey burgers

Directions

  • Cook burger to well done.
  • Soften tortilla in microwave, place burger in middle of tortilla with rest of ingredients.
  • Fold over until it resembles a disc and put on grill, panini maker, or George Foreman grill until warm.
