- 1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet cucumber pickle
- 2 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breast meat
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions
- Cube the chicken breast.
- Add to the chicken the mayonnaise, spices, raisins and cucumber.
- Mix and serve.
- Note: great on a bed of lettuce.
