  • 1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet cucumber pickle
  • 2 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breast meat
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions

  • Cube the chicken breast.
  • Add to the chicken the mayonnaise, spices, raisins and cucumber.
  • Mix and serve.
  • Note: great on a bed of lettuce.
