- 3 cups cole slaw mix
- 1 cup green onions
- 1 block chicken ramen noodles
- 3 tbsps vinegar
- 6 tsps sugar
- 3 tbsps canola oil
- 1/2 cup, slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup sunflower nuts
Directions
- Slice green onions.
- Place in bowl with cole slaw, almonds and sunflower nuts.
- In separate bowl mix ramen noodle seasoning packet with oil, vinegar and sugar, pour over slaw mixture.
- Add crushed noodles just before serving.
