- 2 cups white rice (long-grain, cooked)
- 16 oz 93% fat free ground turkey
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 cups cooked green cabbage
Directions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Sauté chopped onions in a pan with oil until translucent.
- Put ground turkey and cook until light brown.
- Add cabbage and tomato sauce. Season to taste.
- Add rice and stir until combined.
