Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low fat ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 servings 1 packet splenda
  • 1 1/3 oz flour (4 tbsp)

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Plop 4 large equal spoonfuls onto pre-heated grill sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Spread spoonfuls into circle shape.
  • Flip when pancakes begin to rise and are golden color.
  • Optional: add a fruit sliced and slightly heated. Add a condiment of fat free whip cream and/or sugar free syrup!
