Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups flowerets broccoli

Directions

  • Wash and dry broccoli, cut pepper and garlic.
  • Melt coconut oil.
  • Place all on roasting pan, pour oil over, salt and pepper to taste, mix and roast 425 °F (220 °C) oven for 25 minutes.
