  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 medium peach
  • 1/2 pat butter
  • 0.12 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Slice a peach in half. Remove the pit, and scoop out any crunchy pit residue that's left behind. Place peach halves cut-side-up in baking pan.
  • Melt a small amount of butter - about half a teaspoon. Dot the peach halves with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of cloves.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until flesh is soft.
  • Serve warm.
