Ingredients

  • 6 plum red tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup feta

Directions

  • Cut tomatoes in half and de-seed them.
  • Place them on paper towel for about 5 minutes to dry them some.
  • Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • Marinate tomatoes in olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
  • Mix cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • Spoon mixture in the tomatoes.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
