- 6 plum red tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup feta
Directions
- Cut tomatoes in half and de-seed them.
- Place them on paper towel for about 5 minutes to dry them some.
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Marinate tomatoes in olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
- Mix cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Spoon mixture in the tomatoes.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
