Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs turkey breast meat and skin
  • 1 1/4 lbs red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup slices ginger
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped young green onions

Directions

  • Cut half of cabbage in regular size and the other half finely. Slice ginger finely.
  • Cook regularly-cut cabbage with olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
  • Line the finely-cut cabbage in a greased roast pan. Put turkey breast on top, skin side up, and season as desired. Roast for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 425°F.
  • Scatter the sautéed cabbage around the turkey breast and roast for another 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with sesame oil and green onions then serve.
