- 2 small zucchinis
- 10 medium mushrooms
- 1 tbsp gluten free soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp avocado vegetable oil
Directions
- Slice the zucchini and chop the mushrooms.
- Mix the soy sauce with avocado oil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
