  • 1 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz dry rotini pasta
  • 550 g turkey breast meat
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup 5% greek yogurt
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Directions

  • Cook rotini according to package instructions.
  • In a lightly greased pan, sauté garlic with turkey. Cook until the color turns light brown.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
  • Put in the cooked rotini, mix, then serve.
