- 14 3/4 oz canned salmon
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 large egg
- 37 g almond meal flour
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (canned or bottled)
- 1 dash salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 5 sprigs dill
Directions
- Mix canned salmon with onions, bell peppers and dill.
- Add almond flour, lemon juice, egg, and seasonings.
- Form equal-sized patties.
- Fry on a non-stick pan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
