- 418 g pink salmon wild caught alaskan
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond meal flour
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 350°F.
- Mash salmon in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- Form patties with approximately 2 inches diameter. Place in parchment lined tray.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool then serve.
