  • 6 large egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped or sliced tomato
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 3 oz boneless salmon
  • 1/2 tsp garlic

Directions

  • Beat eggs and add all ingredients.
  • Pour into a pie dish that has been lightly sprayed with olive oil.
  • Bake at 325 °F (160 °C) for about 20 minutes or till egg mix is set.
  • Yummy for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
