  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp chunky medium salsa
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 fl oz lemon juice

Directions

  • Peel avocado and mash with other ingredients.
  • Add lemon and salsa to taste.
  • Makes about 1/2 cup (or 4 oz), so one serving is approximately 2 tablespoons.
  • Note: you can use Koolaid lemon powder instead of lemon juice.
