- 1/4 lb lean ground turkey
- 0.12 avocado
- 1 cup shredded or chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 oz fat free sour cream
- 2 tbsps salsa
- 2 oz fat free shredded cheese, shredded
Directions
- Cook turkey until browned, drain any fat.
- Grate cheese, chop onion and cut avocado into slices.
- Prepare salad as desired
- Add salsa and sour cream as dressing.
