Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 cups diced potatoes
- 6 oz turkey sausage
- 6 large egg whites
Directions
- Brown turkey sausage in non-stick pan. Shred potatoes and brown with onions and garlic.
- Mix egg whites, sausage and potatoes and dish into 6 non-stick muffin cups.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 20 minutes.
- Save extra servings in fridge and microwave for 30 seconds on high.
