Ingredients

  • 1/2 can tuna, light
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsps garlic powder
  • 3 tbsps balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups spinach

Directions

  • In a large wok or frying pan add the olive oil, raw spinach, garlic powder (sprinkled generously) and balsamic vinegar.
  • Sauté until the leaves are warm just starting to wilt.
  • Add chunk light tuna to pan and mix well.
  • Note: pine nuts add a nice flavor as well.
