  • 1 dash ground black pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth, low sodium
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced

Directions

  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté chicken breasts for 4 minutes, then turn over and add onion.
  • Cover and cook 3 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
  • Add garlic, rosemary, and broth.
  • Cover and cook until onion is tender-crisp, about 5 minutes longer.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
