  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • 1 cup cabbage, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsps rice vinegar
  • 15 oz shirataki noodles
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 drop liquid sucralose
  • 4 cups organic chicken broth

Directions

  • Rinse noodles thoroughly, under running water while moving around to remove all package liquid.
  • Add chicken broth to a pot.
  • Add everything all at once, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Adjust seasonings, adding salt to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh Thai basil or cilantro.
  • Note: miracle noodles can be used instead of shirataki noodles
