- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 cup cabbage, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 2 tbsps rice vinegar
- 15 oz shirataki noodles
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 drop liquid sucralose
- 4 cups organic chicken broth
Directions
- Rinse noodles thoroughly, under running water while moving around to remove all package liquid.
- Add chicken broth to a pot.
- Add everything all at once, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Adjust seasonings, adding salt to taste.
- Garnish with fresh Thai basil or cilantro.
- Note: miracle noodles can be used instead of shirataki noodles
