- 1 1/2 oz red onion
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 peppermint leaves
Directions
- Dice tomatoes, cucumber and onion. Add mint, salt and pepper.
- Leave for 20 minutes in the fridge.
- Add lime juice. Leave for 1 hour in the fridge.
