  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 1/2 oz red onion
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 peppermint leaves

Directions

  • Dice tomatoes, cucumber and onion. Add mint, salt and pepper.
  • Leave for 20 minutes in the fridge.
  • Add lime juice. Leave for 1 hour in the fridge.
