Ingredients

  • 4 oz sour cream (1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 fl oz lime juice (2 tbsp)
  • 1 1/2 tsps curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 lbs shrimp; peeled, deveined and cooked
  • 4 stalks large celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 large cucumber; peeled, seeded and thinly sliced

Directions

  • Whisk together sour cream, mayo, lime juice, curry powder and salt in a large bowl.
  • Add shrimp, celery and cucumber; toss gently to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • A serving is approximately 1 1/2 cups.
