Ingredients
- 4 oz sour cream (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 fl oz lime juice (2 tbsp)
- 1 1/2 tsps curry powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 lbs shrimp; peeled, deveined and cooked
- 4 stalks large celery, thinly sliced
- 1 large cucumber; peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
Directions
- Whisk together sour cream, mayo, lime juice, curry powder and salt in a large bowl.
- Add shrimp, celery and cucumber; toss gently to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- A serving is approximately 1 1/2 cups.
