Ingredients

  • 2 lbs shrimp
  • 2 cups asparagus
  • 5 slices Canadian bacon
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
  • 5 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Directions

  • Cook Canadian bacon in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until crispy. Set aside.
  • Cook shrimp in 2 tablespoons of olive oil with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Cook asparagus in 2 tablespoons of olive oil with minced garlic.
  • Combine all cooked items and top with fresh grated parmesan. Serve immediately.
