Ingredients

  • 20 oz frozen shrimp
  • 1 package frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat Italian dressing
  • 10 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ginger

Directions

  • Heat frozen vegetables in large sauce pan with olive oil for approximately five minutes.
  • Mix Italian dressing, teriyaki sauce and ginger and mix in with vegetables.
  • When vegetables are cooked, add thawed, de-vained shrimp.
  • Cook additional five minutes until shrimp is cooked all the way through, and enjoy!
