Ingredients
- 20 oz frozen shrimp
- 1 package frozen stir fry vegetables
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup reduced fat Italian dressing
- 10 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger
Directions
- Heat frozen vegetables in large sauce pan with olive oil for approximately five minutes.
- Mix Italian dressing, teriyaki sauce and ginger and mix in with vegetables.
- When vegetables are cooked, add thawed, de-vained shrimp.
- Cook additional five minutes until shrimp is cooked all the way through, and enjoy!
