  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 cup lactose free skim milk
  • 1/4 large apple
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 3/4 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1/3 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 large celery stalk
  • 3/4 cup spinach

Directions
