- 3/4 cup spinach
- 1 large celery stalk
- 3/4 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup lactose free skim milk
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper
- 1/3 cup carrots, chopped
Directions
- Chop all ingredients.
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend 2-3 minutes.
