Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red hot buffalo wing sauce
  • 12 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 8 strips
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

  • Combine garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and black pepper in a medium bowl. Season chicken with spices and toss evenly to coat the chicken.
  • Spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat, when hot add the chicken and cook until golden, about 3-4 minutes, turn chicken over and cook another 3-4 minutes, or until center is no longer pink.
  • Pour the hot sauce over the chicken tossing well. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.
