Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 medium red potatoes

Directions

  • Put large pot of water to boil.
  • Peel potatoes imperfectly, leave a little skin on potato. Cut in 2-inch pieces and place in pot of water.
  • Cook until fork can pierce the largest piece in pot.
  • Once cooked, drain pot and place potatoes in a large bowl.
  • Add margarine, broth and all seasonings.
  • Mash with a masher or fork and serve.
