Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups milk, non fat
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsps canola oil
  • 24 oz lean pork chops
  • 1/3 cup flour

Directions

  • Sprinkle both sides of chops with 1/2 tsp of poultry seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp pepper.
  • Combine flour, remaining 1/2 tsp of poultry seasoning, remaining salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture, reserving remaining flour mixture.
  • Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add pork chops and cook 5 minutes on each side or until done; transfer to a serving platter, and keep warm.
  • Combine remaining flour mixture and milk in a bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add to pan; bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly with whisk.
  • Reduce heat; simmer 1-2 minutes or until gravy is thickened, stirring constantly with a whisk.
  • Serve 1/4 cup gravy over 1 pork chop.
