  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 jumbo eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  • Soften cream cheese, add 1/2 cup sour cream (reserve rest for later) blend all other ingredients together.
  • Bake in 325° F (160° C) oven for 50 minutes.
  • Blend 1/2 cup sour cream with a tablespoon of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Top cheesecake with this mixture and put back in oven for 10 minutes.
  • Cool on rack for 2-3 hours, refrigerate after the cooling off period.
