Ingredients
- 3 3/4 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsps salt
- 4 cakes bakers yeast (compressed)
- 1 1/2 cups water
Directions
- Mix flour with water, mix, and rest for 60 minutes.
- Mix in salt and rest for 30 minutes.
- Mix in yeast and rest for 30 minutes.
- Stretch and fold, then rest for 60 minutes. Repeat this step for two more times.
- Shape into a ball. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Next day, preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Score the dough and bake for 40 minutes.
