Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey 85/15
- 2 1/2 cups traditional spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 8 oz dry whole wheat spaghetti
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 oz Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp parsley flakes
Directions
- Boil noodles according to package directions.
- Brown ground turkey and drain.
- Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and spices to the cooked turkey. Simmer 8-10 minutes. Add Parmesan and stir until melted.
- Pour meat sauce over drained spaghetti noodles, stir to combine and serve.
