- 3 oz oven roasted diced chicken breast
- 1 oz red peppers
- 1 oz yellow peppers
- 1 oz green pepper
- 1 oz onions
- 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp jerk seasoning
- 2 tsp reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
- 1 light flatbread
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
Directions
- Place flatbread on a piece of parchment paper on a baking pan.
- Spread with pizza sauces.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, chicken, peppers and onion.
- Sprinkle with jerk seasoning and parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) until flatbread crust is crispy.
