- 4 chicken breasts, bone and skin removed
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 8 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup white rice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 cups water
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 90 minutes, checking regularly after 1st hour.
