Ingredients

  • 1 tsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breast
  • 2 tbsps tomato salsa
  • 1/2 tsp pepper sauce
  • 1 lime yields lime juice
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 8 medium tacos
  • 2 tbsps mayonnaise, extra light

Directions

  • Cut the chicken into strips.
  • Toss the chicken with the fajita seasoning and heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  • Add the chicken and stir fry for 10 minutes. Add the lime juice.
  • Fill the taco shells with the chicken, lettuce and salsa and top with the mayonnaise mixed with the pepper sauce.
