Ingredients
- 3 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breast
- 1 tsp fajita seasoning
- 1 lime yields lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 medium tacos
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 2 tbsps tomato salsa
- 2 tbsps mayonnaise, extra light
- 1/2 tsp pepper sauce
Directions
- Cut the chicken into strips.
- Toss the chicken with the fajita seasoning and heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan.
- Add the chicken and stir fry for 10 minutes. Add the lime juice.
- Fill the taco shells with the chicken, lettuce and salsa and top with the mayonnaise mixed with the pepper sauce.
