  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 4 cloves garlic

Directions

  • Put olive oil into small shallow bowl.
  • Add finely chopped cilantro, pressed garlic, and red chili flakes. Add lime juice and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  • Dip meat and evenly coat in the oil/seasoning mixture.
  • Grill or broil coated meat to liking.
