Ingredients
- 1/3 second canola cooking spray
- 1/4 cup 4 cheese spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 tsps cayenne pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 1 large egg
- 1.2 oz Italian style bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- In a large bowl, mix beef, milk, eggs, bread crumbs and pepper together. Mix well.
- Spray a rimmed pan with cooking spray. Place mixture on the pan in the shape of a loaf.
- Cook meatloaf for 45 minutes.
- Spread sauce evenly on top of the meatloaf. Cook for another 15 minutes.
- Cut into four slices and serve.
