Spicy Sauteed Broccoli
A great way to eat broccoli, sauteed in a tangy, spicy sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 servings all natural sea salt
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp organic minced ginger
- 1 tsp organic minced garlic
- 2 servings organic extra virgin olive oil
- 3 servings organic broccoli
Directions
- Add oil to a sauté pan and heat.
- Add ginger, garlic and crushed red pepper (if using red pepper seeds, break them up by using the heal of your hand to release the hot oils into the olive oil), and salt.
- Sauté for only a minute or two.
- Add broccoli and sauté until florets begin to darken or lightly brown. Serve.
