Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey breasts
  • 1 1/2 tsps cumin, ground
  • 1 1/2 tsps coriander seeds, crushed
  • 1 tsp lime peel, shredded
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 container lowfat yogurt
  • 2 limes yield lime juice

Directions

  • Cut breasts into 4 steaks.
  • Combine in a bowl the corriander seeds, crushed red pepper, ground ginger, sea salt, lime peel and half of the cumin.
  • Take the balance of the cumin and sprinkle it on the turkey steaks so it sticks.
  • Grill or bbq the turkey for ~15 minutes or until cooked, making sure to turn at least once.
  • In another bowl combine yogurt, lime juice and the reserved cumin mixture to make a sauce.
