Ingredients
- 2 cups black beans
- 2 cups kidney beans
- 6 oz crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups boca meat
- 1 tbsp chili powder
Directions
- Drain canned beans. Mix all ingredients in a pan (I use crumbled meat, from freezer section).
- Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Let cool.
- For lunch, serve in small 1 cup containers.
