  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions

  • Put strawberries and spinach in blender.
  • Add water to consistency you like, about half a cup, and a few ice cubes.
  • Blend. Add honey. Blend further.
  • Instead of honey you can use Stevia.
  • Note: don't be afraid to substitute ingredients. This is a great way of getting in fruits and vegetables (without being disgusted) as this will taste sweet.
